room cleaningbroken doors
The room cleaning was, how should i put it, nonexistent. for three days, my room remained untouched. no fresh towels, no bed made, just me and my increasing pile of rubbish. also, the wardrobe doors were broken. Promises of repair floated away like dust in the wind.

The room was clean and the mugs were a nice size! the shower was also great, i loved it. location was perfect for canary wharf bars and restaurants. So convenient! the rates felt very reasonable too, such great value.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. I found it very convenient for my morning workout! there is also a swimming pool available .

The hotel is near various restaurants, the dlr, and the tube, giving me easy access to everything! the surrounding area felt quite secure, and there were shops nearby. I really appreciated that aspect.

The location was quite convenient for accessing public transportation.
The room I had was quite outdated. The furniture looked worn, and the bathroom fixtures looked like they needed an upgrade (especially the showerhead!). The lack of complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was also an issue, as I had to go to the lobby to get any internet access.

The reception staff were lovely and quickly upgraded my room because i accidentally booked one without a window, i felt very happy with their wonderful service. the room felt luxurious and spacious. The bathroom had an elegant charm, and the big full length window was nice. i found the hotel to be in an extraordinarily beautiful place. It was clean, and the food tasted good. the staff was professional too!
The window was faulty and difficult to close. It wasn't ideal because it rained a little .

the hotel has an extraordinarily beautiful location, it is so scenic. the area provides easy access to transport links including a train and metro station about ten minutes away. this connects to all of the city every two minutes, i found it really convenient.

Check in was easy, and I must commend the friendly guy at reception! The room was super clean and ready! The location is fabulous with easy access to public transport. The breakfast selection provided many options, I found plenty to enjoy!

My executive double room included great amenities and a very comfortable bed. The room was super clean and cleaning happened daily. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries and fluffy towels were provided so that was fantastic.

A Stay with Mixed Results

The dated decor was noticeable throughout. The advertised air conditioning barely worked, so sleep was difficult. Upon checkout, I found the staff unconcerned with my complaints. The whole experience left much to be desired and felt subpar.
